Home Remedies
Acne, Pimples
Treating acne at home can be as easy as raiding your kitchen or gathering a few essential items at your local grocery or health food store.
- Mix 1 part Apple Cider Vinegar with 2 parts Witch Hazel or filtered water in a bottle and apply with cotton ball/pad nightly. You will smell like vinegar and if your partner can stand it - you should have good results after a week or two.
- Make a paste from Honey and Cinnamon powder and apply to pimples - let dry and then wipe off.
- Citrus juice (orange, lemon, lime) and filter water make a cheap and effective facial toner. Wipe one and let dry.
- Take daily vitamins to ensure you are getting 100% of them.
- Drink lots of water! 1oz per 2 pounds of body weight is ideal - no just 8 - 8oz glasses per day.
Please be sure that you do not have any food allergies to items before trying them!
